Moving Widget and URL Name question

I am very new to this, so my apologies for needing really basic instructions. I am using the Twenty Ten theme and I would like to move my widget (with a series of RSS feeds) down from the main menu. The site is https://johnwesleywhite.net/wordpress/. Can anyone tell me where to enter code, what code I’d use to move it down some (I can enter different pixel numbers to try some positions)?

Second question: is there a way to get “wordpress” out of the URL address? I own johnwesleywhite.net and would like to use that and/or have it redirect to the wordpress site without users having to go to the first site and click on the new URL link. I use Go Daddy and you can see that page at johnwesleywhite.net.
