Moving Widget To Top Of Sidebar

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to move the newsletter signup box to the top of the sidebar at this site: https://christinavendley.com/

    I’ve moved its widget to the top of the list of widgets, but there are other items above it which are there as a result of plugins.

    Please can someone tell me if there a way to move the signup box above these?

  • If the plugins are putting them at the top of the sidebar the easiest way would be to put the code for the widget directly into the top of sidebar.php just after the opening container tag.

    Thanks for the reply. Where is the code I should copy? Is it in the wp-includes/default-widgets.php file?
