    Hello,

I started creating my first tour. But unfortunately the preview of the first scene already caused problems. I can only move in the 360-2D image with the cursor control keys. Moving with the mouse is not possible.

I tried this with several computers and browsers.

If, on the other hand, I embed the image with “WP-VR-view”, I can use the mouse. What can that be?

    Best regards,
    Ralph

    Hi,

Can you give us the link to your tour?

    Thanks.

I am also having this issue. Below is a link to the test page with the tour:

    Hello,

please scroll down on This Page .

There you will find two posts with the same picture. “Test WP VR” was created with WP VR. The entry “Test WP-VR-view” was created for comparison with the other plugin.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

We’ve fixed the issue and released an update of the plugin.

If you’re using the free version, please update the plugin and create a new tour.

The Mouse Control option will work on the new tour.

Let us know if it works.

We’re sorry that you had to face this issue.

    Thanks.
