Moving WordPress

Greetings,

Well its kind of a really stupid mistake i made but i need help if there is any other way.

I had my personal site hosted and the hosting company closed down without notice. Thus I had managed to copy all the files from there to my computer.

Now I got Godaddy hosting and want the same post and themes back on it.

I read that I had to export all that before so I can import in this new hosting .

Is there a way I can do with just all files I copied from the old hosting and recover my posts and all.

Desperate ??
