Moving WordPress location help.

Hello Everyone,
My blog is at:
https://thingstocome.com/WordPress/I want it to be:
https://thingstocome.com/blogI tried some things in the admin panel and created a new folder called blog on my server and moved the files inside however the style sheet would not be read.
Can someone tell me step by step what do to?
