Moving wordpress site to New WP Installation, Is it Possible ?

  • I am having some issues with my current WordPress installation, I just want to if it is possible to move whole site to a new wordpress installation without loosing any traffic/ Rank ? Please Help me regarding this !

  • You can install WordPress again but you will have to back up you database and the contents of the wp-content folder.

    What are the issues you are having with your current installation? The thing is if you back everything up then you might be putting the same issues back into a new install.

    The Problem is that whenever i tried to publish a new page it automatically publish as a post on site. I tried all settings etc. but problem is still as it was.
    I am using some of plugins like WP super cache and Yoast SEO plugin, I already turned on and off all plugins one by one and tried to publish my page , Thats why i want to move my site to new wordpress installation.
