Moving wordpress to a new domain errors

  • Hey all.

    Im having issues duplicating my site to a new domain.

    The site is working fine. I restored my database and all my wordpress files its working fine BUT when I go to upload anything (plugins, media etc) I am getting the following error:

    Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file /home/tcphoto/public_html/wp-content/uploads/tcpetlogo.tmp because Permission denied in /home/tcpetph/public_html/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 177
    Dismiss“tcpetlogo.png” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/tcpetph/public_html/wp-content/uploads.

    Its trying to access /home/tcphoto/ when the new domain info is /home/tcpetph/

    Why is it doing this?
