Moving wordpress to a new hosting without loosing any data and setting

    I have been reading many blogs and have doing some trials but not quite hold of it.

    What I am looking for is for same domain and moving to new hosting server, please suggest or provide a easiest steps which I move…
    1. All post, page, comments
    2. Themes, plugins with setting like widgets setting, menu, plugin setting
    3. Existing users

    I also have another sub-site which runs buddypress, will the same step done for main-site be followed?
