Moving WordPress to Root

If you can no longer access the Dashboard, skip steps 2 through 6, and follow https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_The_Site_URL#Changing_the_URL_directly_in_the_database after step 8.

Thank you for your response, James. I followed the instruction on the link you gave me. When I accessed the phpMyAdmin, the siteurl and home already have the proper url but still the site is inaccessible. Please see the site and tell me what’s wrong.

I can still view the wordpress on its folder but it’s messed up and I cannot access the admin anymore.

Double-check steps 7, 8, and 9 there against what you currently have.
