  • Can you describe where your working installation was in your filesystem and then what changes you made by editing files or moving them around?

My installation originally was in a folder “wp” and I moved it out of this one to root-level.
Before I did that, I went to the settings > general tab and changed the urls from:
    https://www.pilgrims-sprogskole.dk/wp
    to
    https://www.pilgrims-sprogskole.dk

What I was surprised to notice, was that when I saved the changes I got the 404 page not found – which I interpreted as “Now I’ve moved, and you better follow buster”

Then I moved all content to the new location – root.

    best regards,

Ok guys – now my site somehow showed up?! I guess there was a cache somewhere in the system. Anyhow I still have a problem with the references to images. They still point to the old destination.

Is there anything I can do? I tried to install the “Velvet Blue update URLs” and run it, but with absolutely no effect.

    Hope you can help somehow.
