Moving WP to Root…

I think I really screwed this up. I “tried” following the directions for moving the index.php and .htaccess files in the root directory and then revising code to index.php.

I then went to admin panel and changed the location of the blog to the root directory and was having some issues with the pages coming up. so, then changed the WordPress location and this is what I get. I don’t seem to have access to Admin panel either

So, I think I need to modify the index.php back to normal (actually did that), but now where are the General directory settings stored??
