Moving WPMU to another directory

  • Two Problems I faced

    1. “Error Establishing a Database Connection”

    It was corrected by changing the path field in wp_site table of the database

    2. “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

    It was corrected by changing the path to ‘/xxx/’ instead of define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/')

    and opposite if you move to public_html from another directory
