mp3 embed error

I have used over 5 plugins from the wordpress download page, yet my mp3 could not stream with the player panel, it shows the url alone and it opens in a new window when I play it. I have used wpaudio, jw player, oembed all of them is showing the same error

I have used on my local host and also my server the player is not showing Please help
