MP3-JPlayer not showing whole player, nor pop-out button

I installed this plugin, and I’m unsure if I am uploading files properly or perhaps not using the correct setting on the player itself, but when I click upload media, install an MP3 onto a page and update it, the player that comes up looks like just the title of the track, a small audio bar at the top right and at the right end a play button, nothing else. There is no pop-out button even though I made sure to click on allowing it to appear in the settings, and this is the main reason I downloaded the plug in.

Any help on how to fix this is much appreciated.
