MP3 jPlayer not working in multiple pages in tablepress

Hello,

I am having trouble getting the mp3 Player to work in Tablepress. It works on page one, but fails to play on subsequent pages. I looked through previous posts in support, and saw that adding
cache_table_output=false
to the shortcode is supposed to fix the problem For some reason it does not work in my case. I am having this problem with a few webpages, but here is one to look at:
