mp3 player with share and download buttons

  • hello all,

    after much searching through many plugins and even more possible work arounds, i haven’t found a single way to smoothly implement buttons for sharing a track and downloading a track into a music player.

    at my music page (pinklemusic.com), i have over 20 albums of music free for download. i’m currently using yahoo media player quite happily for my player. but it’d be ideal if each track was shareable via facebook, etc. and also that on download they got a thank you message.

    anyone have any recommendations on this? i’m sure loads of people, including me, would be willing to pay for this sort of thing.

    nope. not a thing. the best i could do was combine addthis + yahoo media player + another download plugin in to a manually created table. see the link here. https://www.bryyn.com/index.php/the-music/

    Question: How do you organize your music on your site? I’ve been trying to figure out the best way for a long time and I’m lost. And do you create a post, link, or page for each song?

    Should I use categories or tags to organize these files?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
