MP3 uploads fail when artist is “My Recording”

  • Why won’t WordPress let me upload mp3 files where the contributing artist is “My Recording.” It works fine if this field is blank or has other info in it.

    This is the error I receive:

    “When I am 64 TTBB PERF.mp3” has failed to upload.
    Could not insert post into the database

    I can not find an answer to this issue. Is it a bug or some kind of preventative measure?
