MQTRANSLATE and NRelated

Hi!!! First sorry for my English.

I install Mqtranslate today instead of Qtranslate because Qtranslate is not updating and have some problems…

All is fine, but when I activated MQTRANSLATE, the NRelated plugin dissapear. If deactivated works again.

Any idea about the problem???
