MS-Word pasting post – what to do?

Hello

Some users of mine on a multi-author blog will end up posting via pasting text from MS-Word.
This messes up the font display & formatting on the blog etc.

Apart from telling them not to(!) is there any way of automatically stripping the Word formatted text/junk out in a pasted post?
Or any solution, even if manual?
