    No, that’s normal. You can go to the create a network page in the codex and see the default examples, which are the same. It does make multiple calls, but they’re not ‘double’

    Auto upgrade doesn’t have the ability to edit that file. Seriously, it would have to wipe the entire thing out (to the default WP-config-sample.php file), and certainly not remove lines. I studied it recently ??

    You didnt use a plugin to upgrade, did you?

    seahawknationblog, I think Andrea and I are totally at a loss for how those got wiped out. It really is impossible for WP to do that.

    So… back to the original question, were you able to change your default blog?

    No i was not, currently it is my only site and is the number 2 blog!
