Hi, my wpress import keeps stalling on the mu-plugins section. I’ve exported my site with the advanced option to not include mu-plugins and I’m still having this problem. Every time I try I end up having to reinstall WP because I get “Error establishing a database connection”. Any advice?

    Hi

You can try to exclude must use plugins from Advanced Settings menu on export and use the new backup file to re-import.

Thanks, Borislav. I already have it set to exclude mu-plugins but it still hangs on that part of the import. Any other ideas?

I too need help with this issue? I have 10 sites to migrate to linux cpanel and only two have worked so far.

    Please help?

I too am having the same issue. I am migrating multiple sites and so far out of the 4 I have tried only one of them have worked.

The plugin continues to get stuck on the mu-plugins and I eventually need to close the site, uninstall and reinstall WordPress through cpanel and try again.

Also I have disabled the mu-plugins when exporting and the same thing happens.

This appears to be an issue with many people. Could you please offer a solution.

thank you for your time and expertise.
