• Hello everyone!
I have a problem on one of my sites. The mu-plugins folder seems not to “work”. When I put my plugin there, I don’t see it anywhere in the backoffice and the plugin doesn’t work.
I tested on another of my site and it works very well. It’s actually a php page to customize the cookie banner.
If someone sees where the problem can come from… I take!
    Thank you !

  • Hello @kwent

Can you double check if you’re copying the correct plugin file to the mu-plugins directory?

Can you copy a different mu-plugins to the directory to see if it works?

Another place to check is your php-error logs to see if the plugin you added might be throwing any errors.

    Hi Tarhe,

    Thank you for the aswer.
I tried to create a simple hello world plugin and it doesn’t work when I put it in mu-plugins folder. I check the php-error logs to and there is no trace of the plugin, or even of the mu-plugins folder.

I’m stuck. is there a file in which to configure the reading of mu-plugins folder?

    Thanks for your help.

    Kwent
