Initially, I wasn’t a big fan of Gutenburg, installed the classic editor after 5.0 was released but after a couple of days I realized I should give the editor a spin as it’s going to be there forever. Disabled the classic editor plugin and tried Gutenberg for a month. I am impressed and my team loves it. It’s much easier to use and looks waaaay better than the classic editor.

  • I’m curious to know what in particular you’ve found helpful about Gutenberg, and in what context you’re using it — are you mainly using it in a blog, for example?

    Hi Bodhipaksa,

We use it for blogs. For everything else(landing pages, custom designed single pages, etc) we disable Gutenberg or the page builder disables it automatically. Even before Gutenberg, these page builders used to disable the classic editor, nothing has changed there.

Response to the archived reply: The link listed in my bio is my personal site which I don’t update anymore. I am using Gutenberg on my blog. All recent articles on the site are edited using Gutenberg and we are in the process of moving old articles as well.
