Did you clear the cache in WP Rocket?

If the mixed content fixer notice persists: In some cases the the plugin cannot open the homepage to check if the mixed content fixer is active. The plugin apparently couldn’t insert the .htaccess redirect. You can either set your .htaccess to writing permissions, or do this manually:

As you see the mixed content marker, you can ignore that message.

You can insert the .htaccess redirect manually. That should fix the other message. If the message persists, just dismiss it by clicking the “x”.

Are we talking about error? The following error was returned: CURLE_FAILED_INIT

That just means the plugin could not check if the mixed content fixer marker is in place. As you have checked yourself, it is in place, so everything is ok.
