What issues are you seeing with syncing? Since your site is https, I’m guessing it’s the same as this one: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/syncing-issue/#post-9966570

We should have a fix for that soon which should also fix the automatic installation (if you were having issues with that as well).

Thanks for the reply, any idea when the fix would be completed. Our visitors doesn’t see the new DISQUS comments which is crucial for our platform.

Is the autofill issue preventing you from entering in your Disqus shortname in the site configuration? The syncing feature shouldn’t be necessary to get Disqus working on your site – you only need to add your site’s shortname to get that working.

Ryan, no. We work with firefox and then try sync but the server doesn’t want to sync.

Syncing should be fixed now, go ahead and try again if you were getting errors before.

This doesn’t require a plugin update because the issue originated on the Disqus.com side of things.

Thank you for the follow up, the sync is back up and running. Just a question, how can we recover the missed comments between 08/02 and 13/02? I don’t see a resync function like there was before.

Second reply about this, one reaction (we had to moderate into disqus panel) stays above while the other comments realtime be shown.. It looks like that comment has been locked.
