• Hi all, after updating to V3.1 full page load times are 4-5 seconds longer. I have since rolled back and it sback to sub 2 seconds, is anyone getting this on the latest update?

  • Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and all our apologies for the inconvenience.

Please refer to this article from our help center.

For any performance issues due to 3.1.0 update, we suggest to deactivate the experiments features. This could allow the performance back to normal.

I will be looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards,
    David

@fluiddesk Yes, I also noticed slow load times. Spent all day troubleshooting a slow devsite only to realize this was updated by a coworker. No experimental features were enabled, they were all set to defaults. Rolling back to 3.0.16 cut load time in half.

@tech-squawkers Have been testing this for the past two days now and upgraded to 3.0.16, so i’m not sure what is causing the additional 7+ seconds of load time with V3.1 but hopefully they can resolve it.

For reference im using Astra + Astra pro, Elementor and Elementor Pro. Litespeed is my cache plugin.

Hey @davidlbc all of the new experimental features are disabled, I did try enabling them to see any improvement but sadly it wasn’t as fast as previous versions such as 3.016.

Exactly the same here… and no improvement with enabling/disabling experiments.

I’m also using Astra + Astra pro, Elementor and Elementor Pro, like @fluiddesk

    Please, help us @davidlbc

    Thank you

@alexbosch Thank you for your input too, for additional information, the long fully loaded time also occurs with the default twenty twenty one theme, I have also tried disabling litespeed cache to see if that would make any difference, but it only made the load time even longer.

Hopefully we can get an update on this as this last update is unusable.

    @fluiddesk

Have you tried the procedure provided by @davidlbc?
It’s working on most cases after updating the Elementor version.

Hey @saidaboukhadra I have disabled all experimental features as mentioned with no improvement sadly.

Just updated to 3.1.1 and the slow fully loaded time is still present

I can confirm, that my sites all are slower after that update too.
    Hope it gets fixed soon.

Has anyone been able to resolve this, or are you waiting for a future update to hopefully resolve the slow full load times?
