I’m sorry to hear about the restoration issue you experienced. However, as per our forum guideline, please open a new thread and provide us with the restoration log so we could assist you.
You can find the restoration log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link in the thread.
There are many factors that could cause this issue such as lack of server resource, corrupted backup file, incomplete backup and others that are already out of the plugins capability but a workaround can be done to fix it.
