Thanks for providing feedback.

The webhooks can be resubscribed from the Webhook status section in the Connection tab. Also, disconnecting and reconnecting your PayPal account via the onboarding wizard will automatically reconfigure the webhooks for you.

But if you encounter any problems with the webhooks, I suggest reaching out to the support team for more guidance.
