muiltiple sites domain auto account

this is what i want help with and maybe you might become one of partners too?

I have multiple wordpress site under my cpanel with their own domains names.. i want to use one domain name to host all these site and have one or two people mange the entire wordpress site.. therefore i have enabled the multiple site option.. i love it

but how can i have or enable an option that allows guest / user to create a wordpress site using simple registration form? and how can i let my guest to use my domain in as sub.. for an example; test.doman.com or test2.domain.com

also how can my guest to use there own pvt domain name?’

i have a domain name and want to use to help others by providing a free wordpress hosting and my personal clients… please help and support me /.
