the facebook pixel is limited to only one facebook account, as you can read here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/community/question/?id=10104701599259203
So, you should create three different facebook account in order to have three different pixels.

After have done this, you should be able to install Pixel Caffeine in eash website and select different pixels in each of them ??
