mulitple profile pictures

I have a blog with multiple authors. The 3 most recent posts no matter who the author is are posted on the homepage. You can see here: https://fightpastor.com . The issue is that often the main author will post much more often than the others so his picture winds up listed 3 times. I am not an experienced wp developer but I am trying. Is there a way to have multiple profile images, and have it choose randomly from those images?
