Multi Affiliate Levels

Hello, I need to know if your plugin satisfies this functionality..
Reseller: purchase with 50% commission. Leader: 50% commission as well. The Leader can send a registration link for people to register as resellers and when registering, they are linked to this leader. With every purchase made by the reseller, 5% goes to commission for their specific leader. If the reseller does not have a specific leader, this commission goes to the company.
That is, The plugin needs to include an option to have different levels of suppliers or link a leader to a specific supplier to earn commissions on their sales.
