Multi blog

Hi all Help I don’t know how to do it in WordPress (I’m new)
I need to do site with two opr more blogs my web hos allow just one detabase.

Just to more explain what I need I need to build site with:
1) home page
2) another page – fhoto blog – each gallery need to have text explenation incloud HTML – and last one ore more on home page
3) another page – news blog – just sa I can add some news – last ones short info on home page
4) another page – in form of blog – with info on home page
5) a three more static pages – easy
6) the site need to be in two languages

If you kan help me please becouse I dont know where to start
