Multi-country and country flag

pls i did like to ask if it could be possible achieve multi-country and country flags in classified plugin or classima theme.
To explain better, I would like a feature whereby user country can be automatically detected by their IP and all listings or advertisement listed in the detected country will only be shown to that user. Other listings from other countries will not be seen even when using the listing search function, they won’t be shown other listings from other countries and that user country that is being automatically detected will be automatically displayed or shown at the top as shown in this picture
as you can see in the picture below, a search function is being triggered after changing the country to Ghana, clicking on the location in the location search function, it brought out all the states in that detected country and the cities and towns in each states and also make it easy to search any product in the whole of state or city of that country. I tried to search for a listing in another city (Lagos) which is another country and the search couldn’t find anything. It was after I changed to Nigeria that I could find the listing in that city (Lagos).
Also, people can change to another country through the flag shown at the top to see the listings that are in another country either to enquire on behalf of someone which the other person is in another country or there is a product that is not in that user country but wish to buy the product from other user from other countries. So they can change to check listings in other countries.

and both the flags, listings and other contents on the website will be changing to the country changed to
When people are trying to post ads after detecting a country automatically, the country currency is being automatically added to the price tab or section so they don’t really need to scroll to look for their country currency. Because your multi currency add-on works the way. Users will have to look for their currency when they are trying to post an ads. And also how to automatically change the phone field to the user’s country code and make the flag show this way
The last thing is after automatically detecting user country through IP, all the theme functions and language are being automatically changed to that country’s native language.
e.g if i switch to Portugal or India on the website, the language will be changed to their language and other things on the website including listings posted in English will be auto changed to the Portland or Hindi language.
so the user can now choose to switch back to English by selecting a language changer through the drop-down or continue with the native language.

so i decided to ask here and more so, I feel like this is a function of both theme and plugin functions. That’s why I am posting it here.
I like classima theme than to migrate to other.
Though I already purchased the theme “quickads classified CMS theme” but love to use classima.
I don’t know if all this can be done through classified plugin and classima template.
And if this require additional charges to achieve this, you can inform me pls
