    Dear Support,

We have noticed that FluentCRM doesn’t support multi-currency and it surprised us.

The FluentCRM profile of a customer shows the absolute amount and then assumes it is in the home currency of the store. For example, a customer’s profile shows the amount of £750 when they have placed an order for AED750. Instead, it should show £162.

Is there a way how this can be corrected, e.g. do you have a code snippet that enables multi-currency support for WooCommerce within FluentCRM?

Many thanks for your help with this.

    Piet

    Hi Pieter,

I hope you’re doing well today!

FluentCRM uses the base currency set in WooCommerce, so all order amounts are recorded in that currency. Unfortunately, there is no code snippet or solution available to enable multi-currency support within FluentCRM at this time.

However, you can submit a feature request [here]. Our team will review it and forward it to R&D for consideration.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

    Kind regards,
    Ashik
