    Hi @tstirto,

We’d like to learn more about how you are switching the currency.
Which plugin exactly are you using? Is it this one?

PayPal Payments works with most of the popular currency switcher setups but mutli-currency is not yet officially supported. This means we can’t rule out that certain switcher plugins may not work properly. But we’d be happy to look into it to see what we can do.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi @tstirto,

I looked into the support page of the currency switcher plugin and found a similar issue report to which the plugin author recommended:

Please make sure you have not enable the option to place an order using the base currency

The provided screenshot doesn’t work though and since I haven’t used the plugin, I’m not sure which setting is meant. When in doubt, I would also recommend additionally reaching out to the support of the currency switcher.

In any case, could you please send us a message with a copy of the plugin and a link to this thread from here so we could look in to this further?: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
