Multi-file upload not working for my wordpress 2.5 rc2????

  • I tried once more to get my galleries working and multi-file uploads working.

    I am hosted on Godaddy, and this time I created a new database, and installed 2.5 RC2 into a new directory to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything.

    However, I still am not able to see the famous multi-file upload feature. When I click on “Add an image” in Write posts, I still see the old Upload a single file box, as pictured below.

    What am I doing wrong????

  • Don’t exactly know, but do yourself a favor and get the ‘real’ 2.5 and go from there.

    Check the download link at the top of this page.

    I’m having the same problem, and I have the final release of 2.5

    Any info out there on this?

    you browse and just hold the shift and click the pic you want to upload.
    It works well for me.

    Now the thing is, to post multiple pictures is different. It’s just so hassle.

    Are there any javascript errors in the error console? If you have javascript disabled or the flash does not load for any reason, then it will degrade to the single file uploader. That’s a sort of backup if the browser can’t support it.
