But they do not respond my messages. Do you know what can I do? I have tyred to contact them by email and facebook but they ignore my messages and in the website they do not have Mobile number contact. I am a little disappointed. Why don′t they say nothing to me.

We use to reply within the same days, however.. sometimes it might take up to 48 hours to reply.

I’ve found your emails. Actually you’ve sent it about 20 hours ago. Please note: We use to reply within the same day, however.. it might take up to 48 hours, which is a standard time for the industry.

Please let’s keep talking about the pro version via email. We’re not allowed to talk about the premium version here.

Again, we’re sorry if we didn’t get back to you within the same day you’ve contacted us, sometimes we just can’t reply within few hours, however it never takes longer than 48 hours.
