Multi groups‘ role

    Hi there,

    I set up 2 groups of membership, each group has 3 level memberships which have an individual role.

    Users may purchase one membership of group 1, then purchase another member of group 2, I wonder what their role is finally.

    Finally, do they remain 1 role or both 2 roles?

    Hello @john201502

    They will have 2 roles from each membership plan they subscribed to.

    If Group 1 has a membership role named “Group A” and Group 2 has a membership named “Group B”.

    When John Doe subscribes to membership plans from both groups, he will have both roles attached to his profile.
