Multi image uploader not working via my iphone

First of all I am guessing as to what version of WP I’m using as I’ve wasted an inordinate amt of time trying to see where that appears on my dashboard to no avail.

I try to upload images using my iphone and the multi-loader and literally nothing happens. It takes me back to the upload page and not one image has uploaded. I’m having to do them one by one via the other uploader.

I’ve updated the app, my IOS on my phone and I don’t know what else to do.
