Multi Language Blogging

We would like to offer visitors to our blog the ability to choose which language they prefer. We’re willing to provide each entry translated in at least one (maybe 2) additional languages, a total of 2 or 3 versions of the same content. We want to use icons to represent the country of origin for each version that the user can click on and read the version of their choice. When they arrive on the alternate translation page, they should be presented with the same icon line up so they can go between the different versions.
