Multi Language Home Page Permalink URL Fix

First of thanks for the great plugin.

Now here is very important issue i found and that really need your kind attention.

1- I added 8 language pages like: Enlgish, Turkish, Danish etc etc.

2- I choose english page is my default home page, so user can see enlgish content on home page: writebrain.com same as i did with other Turkish, danish pages but all the other pages are the clone of English page just content just change based on country.

3- From admin i chose english as default homepage, so now wordbrain.me/english is become wordbrain.me instead wordbrain.me/en

and all the pages are like, for example french: wordbrain.me/fr/wordbrain-french instead wordbrain.me/fr/ home page.

I don’t know how to achieve this:

wordbrain.com/en – for english
wordbrain.com/fr – france
wordbrain.com/tr – turkey

and so on.
