Multi Language Site

    I can’t seem to figure out how to make my site multi-lingual. I’ve managed to setup the plugin, however I can’t seem to figure out to make my site both English and French. So a user can select which language they would like to use. Is that not possible with this plugin? Can it only do one language for one website?
