Multi List Subscription Results in Multiple IDENTICAL Confirmation Emails.

Hi, I’m trying to set up my system, its the first time I’ve really used this plugin. Right now I have it set up to subscribe people to two separate lists. BUT it’s one page, one form, one submit button. Why am I getting TWO confirmation emails sent at the exact same time? EACH ONE lists both email lists that they are subscribing to, so it’s not line one is for one list and another for the other, at least that not what they say.

How can I allow people to subscribe to multiple lists but receive ONE confirmation email?
