Absolutely love this plugin. So flexible, it’s amazing.

I am now tasked with creating a type of form I have not created before with this plugin, so would like to know if it is possible and what would be the best approach.

The form style and functionality I need to build needs to look exactly like this —> https://ibb.co/BnTQL6h

Basically, I am looking to create a form with a total of about 100 questions, broken down into 8 sections. Each section will have about 12 questions. However, each question will be on it’s own page. So it’s a multi-page form.

I want the users to be able to see their progress, using the progress bar at the top and on the right with the percentage as shown in the image. I’d like them to also be able to see which section of questions they are on with the tabs at the top. Is this possible to achieve and what would be the best approach?

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the help.

    Hello @jodevelops

To create a multipage form, you need only to insert “Page Break” controls between fields belonging to different pages. And to indicate the section, you can insert a “Section Break” control as the first field on each page with the section name (You can use too “Instruct Text” or “HTML Content” fields). It requires repeating the field with the section name on each page.

To include a progress bar in the form, you can use the complementary plugin “Progress Bar for Calculated Fields Form” (https://cff-bundles.dwbooster.com/product/progress-bar). However, to get the same appearance and behavior, you must customize it.

    Best regards.

Thank you so much for your speedy response. Unfortunately, that’s not exactly what I am looking to do. I will get the progress bar as I see it will work with my package of the plugin as I have the developer version.

However, what I am trying to do, is show all the sections as tabs at the top, so that the user can see their progress between each section. Exactly the same as this screenshot —> https://ibb.co/BnTQL6h

    Is this possible? Thanks

    Hello @jodevelops

To display a progress bar at the top of the form, like a navbar where users can go to the pages directly, you will need the complementary plugin indicated previously (https://cff-bundles.dwbooster.com/product/progress-bar).

However, if you want a specific behavior, you will need to customize the plugin.

    Best regards.
