Multi Select saved in duplicate rows

Hello,

I tried to use “Multi Select” fields to save information from GF, it’s saved, but showing duplicate rows in same name. In result, when I tried to show it on the front end, it’s only showing the first row value of the custom fields.

Are there any ways to make “Multi Select” fields saving the multi value in comma?
