• Hi,

I have a shared hosting account with godaddy. Currently there are two wordpress woocommerce sites running.

    1- Aluminium-prices.com
    2- gmsmetals.com (Primary)

They were both working perfectly till a couple of days ago and now I am unable to access/rarely access the admin panel or site itself.

I read through and tried the solutions in the codex and it didn’t help. I called the customer support at GoDaddy, I was told that the site is working perfectly at their end. Called again saying wasn’t working for me. They then went through some checks and told me there is a script issue from my side which is causing a constant request which is overloading the resources.

I noticed that the I/O stat in the Cpanel went to 1024/1024.
After some more tries to get to the website/admin panel, every stat in cpanel was at 0. Which I found to be strange.

I am developing the website on my own and now at a complete loss of how to check which script is the problem(if any). I can even ftp to the account to add a caching plugin.

Things I have done till now.

1- Deactivate all plugins using Cpanel/File Manager
2- Change memory limit in wp-config
3- Try accessing the admin panel only.
4- Give it a break of 30 minutes.
5- Customer support calls, where I was told to optimise the site. Shouldn’t be a problem.(How to do this without access to wp dashboard?)

If anyone can help/point me the right direction that would be great.

    Thanks
