Multi Site generating 4014 error

Hello,
I installed a new version of WordPress on a new Server. Now, I set pretty permalinks and than activated Multi Site. Everything working great so far. When I’m trying to access one of those newly created site I get this error:“
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
