Multi site global edits

  • I am accustomed to working in DNN and reaching out to the WP community for some assistance.

    In DNN I could make an edit to a skin or a subdomain/alias and have it propagate to all related subdomains.

    I am in the process of creating close to 100 multi-sites/subdomains of a particular site and 99% of the content is the same for these subdomains. Is there a way to make a global edit to the content for all sites/subdomains in WP as I could in DNN?
