Multi Site Newsletter Recommendation Please?

  • Hi there,

    I’m developing a network of sites and was wondering if a newsletter plugin exists that would enable me to do the following:-

    1) Present newsletter subscription at ALL sites. all registered users go into a central database.
    2) When publishing a newsletter, it gets published to ALL registered users, across all sites in the network.

    What is the best plugin out there which would allow me to do this?
    Please note each site is on it’s own domain name, not sub-domained, and has it’s own WP installation/theme etc.

    Multisite is a feature of wp that uses one install, even with multiple domain names.

    so that’ what a network is with wordpress. Are you actually using one? Because there are plugins for emailing all users.

    if you have separate installs, use aweber or mailchimp.

    Each site is on it’s own seperate install/WP codebase at the moment. At some point in the future, if the network of sites succeeds, we may bring them into a single multi-site environment, but for now they are completely distinct.

    Then you’ll need to go with a 3rd party service outside of WordPress. Like aweber or mailchimp.
